• A Psoriasis Patient – staying in rural area who is suffering from this disease since so many years but not knowing any thing about it. Patient is taking treatment for each of acute attack by some local doctor, which worsen the situation every time.
  
  Now the person is bedridden, not able to work being outcast by the society, doesn’t know what to do, only thinking about ending of his life. He thinks suicide is the only way to get rid off psoriasis.

• Psoriasis patient ---- staying in semi urban area is suffering from this disease since so many years but still he doesn't know about the diagnosis. He assumes that he is suffering from some kind of allergy. He is taking treatment from local doctors but with each and every acute attack situation is becoming critical and he is now referred to a specialist doctor. Specialist told him about Psoriasis and explained that it is incurable. He asked him to visit every month for the treatment.
   
  The person is still visiting the doctor but yet not got relief in spite of spending so much money and time.

• Psoriasis patient ---- staying in urban area, from the first day he knows that he is suffering from psoriasis. He requested his doctor not to keep a single patch on his skin, do whatever you want and for whatever money. Doctor treated him with all modern medicines. Patient was happy with the treatment but now, he has again faced an acute attack of psoriasis which is more severe than the previous one, so he again visits his doctor. Doctor treated him with new medicines this vicious cycle is repeated again and again .Now the day has come that no medicines are available with the doctor for him. His liver and kidney functions are so impaired that not a single medicine can be given to him. In spite of having money, time, energy and facilities, his condition is so critical that suicide is the only option with him to get rid off this situation.

• Psoriasis patient ---- He knows about the diagnosis. He knows that there are no medicines available to treat this disease without any side effects. So he is not taking anything for his Psoriasis.
  
  He is in constant search of the treatment for Psoriasis, in various news-papers, T. V. channels and the Internet. After so much efforts he got the detailed information about the Psoriasis like how it looks, how it appears, what are the causes, what are the types and complications.
  He never got any information about proper treatment. Treatments which he already knows are not free from side effects.
  There is only wastage of time, money, energy and skin also.
